Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for payments made for services
that haven't been rendered.

Full refunds will be processed if the cancellation is
requested within 24 hours and before service activation.

Refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the
original payment method.
Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested by emailing

Cancellations after service activation may not be eligible
for a refund unless it's a service fault on our part.
